How do I care for my new piece of wearable art?

Pieces are NOT waterproof and therefore should not be worn in showers, baths or while swimming. To maintain, clean with a tarnish cloth. DO NOT submerge in commercial jewelry cleaning solutions as this may cause pieces to separate. It is also recommended to keep your piece in a separate section in your jewelry box or in its original packaging when storing to avoid potential damage. A little extra care will ensure that you can enjoy your unique piece for many years to come.

I love my new piece and would like to order another piece. How do I go about doing so?

We are so happy that you love your new piece however as pieces are individually hand-crafted one at a time and not mass-produced, it is impossible to duplicate. We can however, for a nominal fee, create a custom piece using your choice of colours. Contact us for more information and lead times.

I saw a piece I liked but now it’s sold out. How can order one for myself?

As each piece is one-of-a-kind we cannot duplicate past creations. We therefore recommend ordering items you like right away to avoid missing out. Continually check on our site as new pieces are created and featured regularly. We are sure you will find another design you like as well- or even more!

How long until I receive my new piece of jewelry?

Items are mailed out on the first Monday of each week. Depending on when your order was place, the method in shipping you selected, and your geographic location, orders are typically received within 7-10 business day. Orders in the United States and overseas will take longer. Due to the increase in shipping and circumstances surrounding Covid, unexpected delays may occur, although they are extremely rare.

What are your pieces made from?

We source and use only the best materials. Most of our items are composed of stainless steel or sterling silver. We also use elements that may be platinum plated brass that is lead and nickel free which is lightweight and durable and ideal for those with allergies or sensitivities. Due to the handmade nature of our items slight imperfections may occur and in no way does it affect the functionality or general appearance of the item.


If notified in writing within 14 days of receipt of the item(s), and provided with acceptable proof of damage (for example, photos), we will gladly offer you a store credit for the amount of the item (minus shipping) to be used towards a future purchase. Valid for pendants only.

If you have purchased a “collection” and there is an item that has damage the credit offered will be for the cost of the item only.

Refunds and exchanges are not offered on earrings due to hygiene concerns.

Damage as a result of wear and tear or water exposure will void this offer. Offer does not apply to chains or cords.
